After receiving the BKG confirmation, the SJ operation team of S&J will take immediate action,efficiently send the warehouse entry order or directly dispatch the inland transportation fleet, closely track the dynamics of the goods, and ensure that the goods are smoothly arranged for trailers or directly inspected and loaded into the warehouse after loading. After the loading is completed, we work closely with the shipowner to complete the order closing procedures and initiate the domestic export customs clearance process, Thoughout this,we monitor the container’s loading and sailing status,making the temporary conclusion of the domestic logistics operations.
Step 2
To ensure transparency and efficiency, within 3 working days after the ship departs, our operation team will carefully prepare and provide detailed cost bills to customers. As the ship approaches the destination port, we send the documents required for customs clearance to the overseas agent 2-3 days before the ship arrives at the port. At the same time, we seamlessly connect with the shipowner to complete the bill of lading procedures and closely follow up the release of the Arrival Notice to ensure the timely transmission of information and accurate processing.
